What do you hope to accomplish with your life?
by slimboyfat ingiven we are not going to live forever, none of us knows when our time is up, and meaning isn't handed to us on a plate?
how do we go about inscribing our lives with meaning within unknown constraints of time and resources?.
have you got a strategy?

My father was in Vietnam. I think he was born around 1949 or so - I know he's several years younger than my mom, who was born in late 1943. So it doesn't seem at all unlikely that Mr. Morris the Turd could havve been in Vietnam.

I was an angry child, I also had a completely absent father. I second the advise to get him into counseling pronto. I had a few sessions with a counselor as a kid, but never enough to really develop any sense of trust. I had walls too high to be quickly breached. I don't think you are a bad mother, or that he is a bad child, it's just that having a crappy father is really hard to deal with and you are too close to the problem to be his sole support.

by MC RubberMallet inbefore, when men looked at a woman, they were fresh.. nowadays, when they don't look, they're gay.. i know each woman is different, so answers will vary, but in today's world, women react a lot differently to things that were once distasteful.. so which one is it?.

I don't mind if men look at me, but I don't want to be eye f&%$ed by random strangers. There *is* a difference. Plus, I hope all the men folk don't mind when I check out their packages. Goose/gander you know.
